Keeley the Katerer was established in 1979 by Stephen P. Keeley, who is owner and president. Our catering business grew rapidly and in 1988 we established Portland's first free standing banquet facility strictly for private functions. We attribute our success to outstanding service, excellent food and a total commitment to the details of each and every banquet.
